PDK Chairman Enver Hoxhaj's post has today met with the first Deputy Prime Minister of Northern Macedonia, Artan Grubin, from where he has called for as many Northern Macedonia exiles as possible in the civil registry of this country as this year.
Hoxhaj at a media conference also disclosed the topics of this meeting, as he invited the citizens of Northern Macedonia to register in the civil registry after he said it matters to the political future.
He said Albanians in the Balkans are factors like the Germans in Europe”, writes Periscopi.
“in northern Macedonia is a process of civil registration of the population, and our theme was that the entire Albanian diaspora will have to be in favour and make their contribution so that as many northern Macedonia Albanians can register. This is a political process, so I want on behalf of the PDK to invite Albanians from Northern Macedonia to register in the civil registry, regardless of where” live, he said.
He also had a request for the upcoming government of the Republic of Kosovo.
“We are in opposition and we remain proud of the opposition. But I would like to invite Kosovo's next government to hold a joint meeting as it would have great impact on many areas in terms of inter-sult co-operation between Pristina and Skopje”, he added.
And Northern Macedonia's first Deputy Prime Minister Artan Grubi said that so far they have exceeded the number of 72 thousand citizens registered by the exile, while adding that they expect help to increase this number by 200 thousand.
He declared that the Albanian language in northern Macedonia is a matter carried out.
“The census is vital, it's about the political future”, he said.
As for the joint meeting between the two governments, Grubi said he is eager to hold the meeting once initiated by Enver Hoxhaj.
