The picture of the recent war hero in Kosovo was set by red fans prior to the meeting.
It was placed next to other figures that were not affected by the photograph of Adam Jashar.
The UEFA delegates reportedly intervened to remove it from the tribuna, while the match was also threatened if it did not.
