The Kosovo Afarism Oda (OAK) requires letter from incumbent Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti to help bankrupt businesses.
OAK wants Administrative Guide Prolonged. 06/2019 for the Standard Mining Systems, at least until the arrival of the new KAMM Board, so that it does not come up to default businesses, Avdullah Hoti is said among others in the letter sent to incumbent Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti.
In this regard, the Administrative Direction issued by Kosovo's KPM ʹ, the Oda of Afarism, has conducted a meeting with Mr. Ramiz Krasniqi and the Oda member business, where we have also forwarded a letter through which we have asked that there be no limit to obtaining a license to undermine the fence by standards, as well as delay the pre-priced deadline on the premises.
The response we received from the KAMM says:
“due to the Covid-19 pandemic, companies have not been asked by the KPM to set sieges by the date 01.01.2021, after this expulsion The KPM cannot allow additional deadlines for placing fences and signaling to licensed companies, and we are obliged to implement the legal provisions of the No.06/2019 Administrative Guide for Standard Mining Format”
According to Administrative Guide No. 06/2019 defined four forms of fences, which are designed in additions 1, 2, 3 and 4.
According to Article 9, paragraph 2 of this guideline is envisioned that “License/Late Barments are obliged to make the siege and signal the license/letting area further by dt. 01.09.2020.
Miner-sector businesses are surrounded by spaces even prior to the access to Administrative Guides No.06/2019, but not according to new standards set by the KPM. So, given that we are currently in a pandemic situation requires understanding on your part, so that you will be allowed a deadline of several months, until businesses recover.
At the same time, this instruction is preventing the sector's businesses from taking advantage of the minen entity, which is envisioned in Article 14 of Law 07/ L- 016 for economic recovery from Ovid 19 as currently the standards set out in this UA do not meet a considerable part of the business.
Given the restrictions that businesses have had during the time of the pandemic and the effect it has had so far, the Kosovo Afarism Oda, on behalf of the mining sector's member business requires that this deadline be postponed until the end of the pandemic and the appointment of the new KPMM board together, so that a group can be established for establishing new conditions for the siege.
Businesses during the meetings expressed much dissatisfaction with this Administrative Guide, as it has very high financial costs and has not been done in advance co-ordination with businesses, the OAK letter sent to the prime minister in office says.
