Jonathan Best vented his anger at Marcus Rasford, Jadon Sancho, and Bukayo Saka, who lost their penalties in England's defeat against Italy in the European Championship finals.
The court sentenced the 52-year-old to 10 weeks' source. Best had admitted his guilt in advance.
Best was caught after a friend of his on the social Facebook network reported his 18-second-long Facebook video to the police after he had refused to erase it from his profile.
