Haziri, referring to the large number of participants, has said that what is happening tonight is how otherwise to be called the major political uprising.

He has said that what is happening is the best indication that Gjilan does not stand up to political bedel, but a chairman who governs without pressure, without influence and no animation.

Good evening.

What's happening here tonight, in the square bearing the name of rebels Rexhep Mala and Nuh Berisha, is no different than the major political uprising.

For years we've known each other's pain and effort, we've been sleepless for Gjilan, and we've celebrated our city's successes.
Such recognition is the time to pass on to the faith. In the belief that Gjilan may be the one we dream about and that our own ambitions are identified to our country.
Thai lovers,
Gjilan is not to be divided about party beliefs, but to join despite beliefs and the city. We've repeatedly broken up barriers, and with each other's help, we're going to break the rest. No one can keep us from developing.
Now, at the end of this campaign, through this thank-you rally, I demand that all of you go out on Sunday solemnly to express your confidence in me, as democracy does.
I vow to work for an even better Gjilan, for more efficient services, for developed local economies, for quality youth education, for low taxes and stable budgets.
I seek your support for solidarity with homesick families, for a clean and wise city, for a green town and bicycles, for a modern public service infrastructure.

I request your support for finalising European road projects, lighting, and standardized sidewalks for even disabled people.
I'm looking for your faith to further advance the head of culture and sports through great programs.
I seek your confidence to strengthen the voice of youth and women and to advance their involvement in decision-making.
I seek your confidence to continue partnership with the donors and the friendly governments of Gjilan.
I request your support for continuing government with clean hands and open doors to citizens.
With faith in God, the family of State, the Gjilan will remain of the gentians and I will always be your prayer!
