Shacir Totaj launches the programme for Prizren: Along with citizens, I will rebuild education, health, the economy and rebuild infrastructure (VIDEO)

Totaj said Prizren over the past four years has experienced only stagnation and degradation, where the current chairman ruled only for a handful of people around him.
