Gjilan's Constitutional Court has approved the prosecution's request for the detention measure, in a month's length, for his nephew, who allegedly stabbed his grandfather.
The custody prosecutor, Agron Uka, has spoken about the case, who has provided details about crime within the family.
“The murder occurred inside the house, the victim is 95 years old, while the suspect is about 28 years old, means his grandson”, Uka said.
On the other hand, the prosecutor stated that the victim was asleep when he received 12 stabs.
“Victime has 12 stabs, has been slept victim... evidence taken, blood trails, knives, and autopsies” warrant has been issued, Uka told Express further.
Asked in which parts of the body have suffered injuries, he said, <x0-2dime has had six wounds on the left side, in the abdomin section, six more. The knife was in the abdomin, stuck about 15 inches [15 cm] ”.
We are dealing with the <x0 serious suicide”, the prosecutor added.
Also interviewed by the suspect and two other witnesses.
The request was made for detention, the court has approved the request for a serious murder of family member”, foster prosecutor Agron Uka said further.
On the other hand, he said the suspect is in good health, while stressing that “has not carried out the murder of Grandpa”.
The same is still unknown if there were problems between them, as the motive for the murder remains unclear.
The prosecution is continuing to investigate this case.
