Before that, he introduced the recovery plan, where he said assistance to the private sector is a priority.
He stressed that for The PDK, Prizren, is the economic capital of Kosovo, and this city wants to be turned into a major centre of economic development in the country.
According to Hoxhaj in these elections, there are two people competing to become prime minister, it's me and Albin Kurti, and there are two economic models that can be created in Kosovo.
The first “Model is our model that envisions fiscal facilities for businesses and we have clear fiscal policy on what we will do for business. Our model envisions institutional support for businesses and we're interested in doing this and envisions real grant-shaped support, we think there should be a fund of about 500 million euros that will be shared by all those businesses that have been hit due to pandemic“, he said.
Hoxhaj has said granters are cash that never return to the government, but help develop business.
He has stressed that the VV model is the model of rhetoric, demagogia and population, which envisions tax increases.
