A serious accident was marked yesterday on the “Ismail Kemali” road near the Italian Embassy in Tirana. The event shocked all in attendance, but more than two transitions that have miraculously escaped the collision of two vehicles that could be fatal to them.
A video provided by the Top Channel is seen as a few seconds before one of the passers by was located about six feet [2 m] away, resulting in a rescue.
If it were a little closer to the event would have fatal consequences.
But fortunately because of the serious accident, there was only material damage, cars have been smashed and one has crossed the sidewalk.
