Kosovo talent Andy Zeqiri, however, will continue to play Switzerland. That's what his agent Michael Urscheler of Gold Kick SA has made known.
The Gold Kick SA Company wants to announce, that Swiss and Kosovo citizenship football player Andy Zeqiri today has sent a letter to the Swiss Football Federation, in which he confirmed, that he also wants to play for the Swiss representative. This should (now) stop speculation and information that have come out of various international media accounts”, his Facebook agent wrote.
Zeqiri's father evening for SuperSport Kosova had said Andy has decided for Kosovo, but that the issue of documentation remains to be adjusted. This also caused a stir in Switzerland's media, where it was written for the loss of great talent.
But from Zeqi's management company, it is said that 21-year-old will still continue with Switzerland. The first FFK, Agim Ademi, has consistently stressed that Zeqiri will play for Kosovo.
The Zeqiri is very close to moving to Premier League club, Brighton. The one in Switzerland is valued super-talent.
