Stoltenberg has provided a written answer to the Voice of America regarding the Washington meeting.
“Vukiqi and Thaci can focus this time on finding a mutual political solution”, Stoltenberg wrote.
It has commemorated NATO's long-standing commitment to the Western Balkans, ranging from halting two wars -- in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo -- to the current KFOR mission, which is lasting over two decades.

Belgrade and Pristina alone can produce the outcome they want. Nobody on either side can or should force it. The role of the US and the EU is to offer support to a mutually acceptable process, which may lead to the” agreement.
