Leonard Ellerbe, director general of Maywayther Promotions, added that the family had accepted the offer.
Family lawyer Floyd said Monday that a funeral would be held on June 9th in Houston.
Prior to that, the family will hold a memorial service in Minneapolis on Thursday and a Saturday memorial service in North Carolina, where Floyd was born.
An official autopsy released Monday revealed Floyd died in a suicide involving “neck compression”.
Officer Derek Chauvin has been charged with third-degree murder and a charge of reckless murder to Floyd's death.
