Balaj says it is Albin Kurti who first gave the Serbian List to two ministries, while appointing a Serbian adviser for himself.
In no way do they diminish legitimacy. This government is legitimate, just like any other government. Two ministers have been given to the Serbian List for the first time in Kosovo, exactly by Albin Kurti. Let's not forget the rest. Kurti has had advisers who have not recognised Kosovo.
