Montenegro's Football Secretary Momir Djurdevac contacted by “EFA, how they're managing them, or how they're supposed to manage them, he said those tools are from the U. EFA for federations, and then every federation, depending on the need, can use them.
“We've accepted those tools and no, we haven't had any demands from any club here in Montenegro's league that those tools split, because as we know, even clubs know that the destination of those tools is for federation and football needs, not clubs.
“We have designed to invest in building exercise terrain, other things related to increasing infrastructure levels. I don't know if it's normal to ask the Federation clubs to separate those tools, but we don't even discuss this”, Djurdjevac said.
