Edon Zegrov reveals his favorite football player, not one of the Messi-Ronaldo

Kosovo National Star Edon Zegrova was invited today on the <x0-> show. FanZone” on Supersport, where he spoke of days in quarantine, Basel experience and expectations for the future of his career.

National talent confirmed that one day it will play with the Spanish and European giant Barcelona.

He said there is no weakness until he said high confidence is his strongest point. Meanwhile, he called himself a “now-man”.

How did you get through these pandemic days?
It's been a very difficult time, we've been trying to train in house conditions. We've recently returned to training with the group.

Will you follow up on Basel?
Basel has not received the renovation option due to the financial crisis. They're still interested and they want to buy me. I have many offers from Germany, France, England, etc. My wish is to stay at Basel, but the situation is not good because of the financial crisis. I have some great offers from France, I'm looking at them with the managers, and I hope to make the best choice. Tomorrow it will be decided for the championship and I hope we continue.

Your weakest, strongest point?
I don't have a weak spot. My strongest point is high self-confidence. I don't regret my career because everything's gone well, but the goal is to get higher.

You think you missed the goal celebration against the Albanian National?
The celebration has been normal, hello to the entire public. Justice is part of the game and everybody knows I'm a show-man. Albania is very fond of it, wants much success, and I hope it will qualify again in the European world.

Would you like to play in Albania's Superleague, which team?
I didn't mean it, I don't think I'm going back to Pristina either. Maybe to live yes, but to play no. I like Tirana as a city, but not to play.

How trusting do you have in success in the Macedonian match?
The team will play for victory. You don't know who wins. We'll give you the best and play for victory.

Which player inspires you?
Leo Messin was inspired to play. Neymar is my favorite.

Why did you erase the posts in the Instagram?
I like to distance myself from social networks. I've always been focused on the playing field. People thought I was focused on Instagram. When they sleep I train, but they think I'm staying at Instagram all day.

In Kosovo you have a lot of competition, as you play in the same position as a player like Milot Rasica...
I've got him in Kosovo and he's a super player. I'm proud it's done so much. I'll always help the team. I'll do my best.

There's been a lot of expectations for you. Do you think you could have achieved more during this time?
I'm young, 21-year-old and I'm never satisfied. I always try harder and I believe I have to go step-by-step.

Most of the talents that have broken out too much at first have fallen. I was able to go to the biggest teams in the world, but I didn't. Soon you will see the true Edon. Barcelona will see me someday.
