The president of the Federation of Kosovo Health Unions says training for health workers should urgently be provided to protect their lives and citizens.
“The focus has been solely on the Infective Clinic and the Institute of Public Health, while other institutions of support have lacked”.
Syla says she has suggested that more samples be taken in the countries where operations are performed and processed more quickly.
The majority of recent cases are being presented in gynecology emergency. So we have unexpected situations. We need to run tests and see where we are. We should not be fooled by the current situation”.
He says there was no good co-ordination between the Ministry of Health and other health institutions.
There have been errors since doctors were not protected from customs to airport. Then no health workers have been protected in primary medicine”, Blerim Syla stated.
