The United Education, Science and Culture Union has disappointed the Constitutional decision to continue suspending the Law for the Salaries.
Through a communiqué for the media, the SBASK has said education workers have rightly expected to receive salaries based on the wage law and are greatly disappointed with the new and bad action of the Constitution.
The United States has also commented on the idea of lowering salaries for public servants, praising them as unacceptable.
The absurd idea for touching their salaries is terrible and would create a serious and full-effected situation. Education workers are working hard and committed even now under these circumstances and therefore no one has the right to touch their salaries. Enough of the constitutional blow. We don't need new provocations and shocks because even our patience has the limits of a difficult course, and that's what AugustI, students and parents” say, in other words, in the SBASAK response.
Constitutional disillusionment to wage Law
Members of the SBASK had addressed the ombudsman with thousands of signatures to the Constitutional Court in order to lift the suspension of the Law of Pays. The SUNASK officially received the claim from the Constitutional claim that this request has reached them and will be considered. Instead, the Constitution made a strange decision, adding to the suspension time for three months. In this action, the Constitution added frustration and frustration to education workers, but not just them.
The Constitution, perhaps influenced by the current situation, acted unjustly. Even if the wage law had hundreds of pages of text and thousands of articles, it would have to be considered and a merit decision to start implementing this law because thousands of civil and professional services have been waiting since December of last year. It's not good to play with their feelings. The Constitution, and all others, let them know that education workers are disappointed, but those in this serious situation for Kosovo and the whole world will continue commitment by engaging without stopping in the development of the education process from afar. They are communicating with students and parents all the time, doing so in precise terms, even under new and very difficult circumstances. Education workers will continue with dedication by making a valuable contribution to the realisation of the educational and educational process with prayer so that this difficult situation can pass as soon as possible and then in time and new circumstances will be carried out according to the voice of membership.
The SBASK also reacts to a bad idea that has gone down to the finance minister's cabinet, so that public sector can cut salaries per 50% and those means are dedicated to the private sector. The government is wise to find opportunities and means to help the private sector, but not by striking down hard and unfair workers in education and other sectors. Education workers have rightly expected to receive salaries based on the wage Law and are quite disappointed with the new and bad action of the Constitution and the absurd idea of touching their salaries is terrible and would create a serious and full-fledged situation. Education workers are working hard and committed even now under these circumstances and therefore no one has the right to touch their salaries. Enough of the constitutional blow. We do not need new provocations and shocks because our patience also has limits to difficult conditions, and that is what August, students, and parents know.
