One health expert in Australia says that sun exposure for just 10 minutes a day can greatly reduce the risk of contacting COVIDD-19. Skin cancer researcher Dr Rachel Neale pointed out that having low levels of vitamin D increases the sensitivity to the virus.
Now more than ever is the time to lack vitamin D. The lack of vitamin D, in the organism, increases the risk of developing coronary symptoms, but even if we are touched, the probability is greater to have more agravid symptoms. This is because vitamin D, it has significant effect on the immune system”, Dr Neal said.
In a study last year, Rachel Neale discovered that the right amount of vitamin D in the organism reduced the risk of acute respiratory infections. A disease that, if you get in touch with the coronary can lead to fatality.
Dr Neale said that she takes five to 10 minutes of sunshine every day to stimulate the production of vitamin D in her body. Although Dr Neale suggests that vitamin D is obtained through sunlight, she says that if people cannot leave their homes, they can take this vitamin through medicine.
