At a time of anxiety with coronavirus, the Kurti government dismisses the man who stood in front of the war with the pandemic, Naser Ramadanin, while at the new USKKUK Board sends Vetevendosje member.
The incumbent Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, has made a decision that is being described as absurd, dismissing the Kosovo University Clinical Service Steering Board, including its chairman Naser Ramadanin, in the midst of the pandemic.
The dismissal of Epidemiologist Naser Ramadani, who is also Director of the Institute of Public Health, who was the principal person to manage the situation created instead of the appearance of the first cases of coronavius, and for which there was no criticism in dealing with pandemics, comes at a time when citizens are living with the anxiety of the virus's spread every day killing thousands of people around the world.
The government has immediately named the new SKKUK Bor, where it has accommodated several supporters of Albin Kurti and Vetevendosje Movement, among them Mirsad Shkreta, who was VV candidate for MP and Health Minister Advisor Arben Vitita.
The government has argued that the board's dismissal decision has come because it has not met its duties and responsibilities and that it has failed to achieve targets, while so far Prime Minister Kurti and Minister Vitita had talked about successful management of the pandemic situation.
The decision to sack the USKKUK Board is being seen as paradoxically, even for the fact that Vetevendosje had considered the government's collapse unacceptable at the time of pandemic, while praising that the removal of people who were at the forefront of the struggle with the pandemic was not a threat. A double standard of Kurti Government. The government does not fall at the time of the pandemic, while the KKUK Board, which is one of the main health care pillars in the country, does.
With today's decision, incumbent Prime Minister Albin Kurti has only further deepened the pandemic crisis in Kosovo, just as he aggravated this crisis a few days ago with provocation for the collapse of the Government.
Meanwhile, the government has named the new USKKUK Board. The board's chairman has been appointed Xhevat Jakupi by the National Public Health Institute, with a 1-year term, while other board members are: 1. Dr. Agreta Gecaj Gashi ) ) the University Clinical Centre of Kosovo; 2. Dr. Aida Rexhepiić University Clinical Centre in Kosovo; 3. Dr. Jevat Jakupi ʹ National Institute of Public Health; 4. Dr. Diana Dafota X General Gjakova Hospital based on the rotation and fulfillment of health quality indicators; 5. Dr. Sadete Hadri ? Early Health Care Services; 6.
