But news of Kosovo's recognition by Jamaica turns out to be untrue. At least that's what this country's top diplomat said.

In a Twitter post, distributing Kosovo President Hashim Thaci's statement, who has thanked Jamaica for recognition, Kamina J Smith has written that her country has not recognised Kosovo.
