In one of the provinces of Turkmenistan, Lepab, male - sex public officials will have it forbidden to paint their hair black. Likewise, those with black hair will have to lighten them up.
The news was confirmed by a “Radio Azatlik”, part of “Radio Free Europe”. The extravagant order has been issued on the eve of a visit by the country's president to the area. The head of state used to paint his hair in black, but he has recently changed the view of his natural, white - hair color. Since the country's president appeared with a new look in August 2018, the parukiers were barred from applying black color to the males.
But in the past when the president himself painted hair, public officials were obliged to do the same. Always according to radio correspondent “Azatlik” in the area, only gray men will be allowed.
