And he, led by Albin Kurti, with 3 deputy prime minister of 6 less than Haradinaj's, could appoint as many as 199 advisers.

5 Haradinaj's Deputy Prime Ministers 45 advisers
21 Ministers - 126 Councillors
TOTAL 206 total advisers
Prime Minister Albin Kurti 34 advisers
2 Kurti's Deputy Prime Ministers - 30 Councillors
15 Ministers - 135 Councillors
TOTTAL: HINA 199 total advisers
All of this, even after Prime Minister Kurti's promises of reducing the executive staff, of numerous criticisms to Haradinaj for large numbers of advisers.
The reduction in the number of ministries, down from 21 to 15, prompted the cabinet under the direction of Albin Kurti to change regulation for the areas of administrative responsibility of the Office of the Prime Minister and Ministers.
But according to it, the number of counselors even in Kurti Government remains almost unchanged.
The regulation abolished by the Kurti Government provided that the prime minister can appoint as many as 15 political advisers, adding here nine more from the community ranks, including the Montenegrin and Croatian one, which is officially not recognised as communities.
However, even with the new regulation Kurti can appoint as much advisers as Haradinaj did.
Kurti's two deputies, Avdullah Hoti and Haki Abazi, can name up to ten political advisers, and five other foreign advisers.
And the 15 cabinet ministers led by Kurti may have up to 6 political advisers and 3 other foreign ministers.
Not changing the number of political advisers in the new regulation has also been criticised by civil society.
On the other hand, Kurti has denied that his subordinates will have the number of advisers defined in regulations.
