Former Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has said that two weeks earlier he had invited working groups of the Kosovo Civil Aviation Authority and the Road Transport Authority to be informed about the letter of the railway target with Serbia, which has been mediated by Ambassador Green.

Honored citizens as prime minister of the country, two weeks ago I have invited working groups of the Kosovo Civil Aviation Authority and the Transit Transport Authority, respectively, ministry officials Z. Xhemajli, and Mr. Qupeva, to be informed about the letter of the target for railways with Serbia, which has been mediated by Ambassador Green. I have asked them to be vigilant and not negotiate or discuss anything that conflicts with the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo.
This, Prime Minister Kurti had to do, so as not to humiliate the country and institutions, saying he was not informed. This statement also fails the United States of America, giving indications that we are not unique to their support.
