Asked about his former club president's position on the issue, City coach Guardilla suggested other clubs in Europe also have potential problems.
Barcelona had welcomed U's decision EFA to punish City with non-participation in its competitions and a 30m-euro fine.
Responding to the position of the former club, Guardiola said: “I say to Barcelona's president, lets us appeal. We believe that we are right and will complain about that” decision.
Don't talk too much, Barcelona, don't talk too much. Because everyone is involved in such situations sometimes”, he added.
And I hope we will play against Barcelona in the Champions League again”, he stressed.
