The Court of Arbitrazhi Sports three times found the Olympic champion guilty of refusing to cooperate with testists during a visit to his home in September 2016, confronting them, Periscope broadcasts.
Sun, the first Chinese to win the Olympic gold medal, has often been a contractor in the pool.
