Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has appointed Shenaj Shala today for foreign political advisers, committed to bonds, and responsible for the Protocol in the prime minister's cabinet.
Shenaj Shala is a protocol specialist, courtesy consultant, mentor and independent legalist. It completed master studies in 2014 in Brussels in the “The International School for Protocol and Diplomacy” (ISPD).
Between 1999-2013, Shala worked for the United Nations Organisation in Kosovo and East Africa as the UN Secretary General's Special Representative as the Individual Personal Representative.
By 2013-2015 she worked for “Shall Oil & Petroleum” as co-ordinator of the Shell Training Centre in the Middle East.
In June 2015, he was appointed liaison official for the Balkans of the ISPD, and in 2018 he received the title of one of 15 global trainers for stocking and presentation skills at “International Pitch School for IDACB” (International Decentralisation Association for Cryptoccy and Blockchain).
Shenaj Shala continues to mentor and advise young entrepreneurs in Kosovo by focusing on soft skills and topics such as effective communication, public speaking, emotional intelligence and motivating speeches; and is the personal coach of many public figures in Kosovo through consultation for media presentations, personal image, body language and non-bal communication.
