A 23-year-old has remained injured after being attacked by a hammer at around 18:30 in Pristina's Veternik.
The victim has been sent for medical treatment, while Kosovo Police have launched investigations.
Kosovo Police spokesman Agron Borovci has confirmed the news.
“Around 18:30 p.m., police have admitted that a person has been attacked and the same has been sent towards emergency in Pristina's Veterrnik district, respectively. Police have immediately appeared at the scene and from the first information has raised suspicions that the victim of a 23-year-old male has been attacked and taken bodily injuries after being hit by the suspect with a strong Czech tool, who has later escaped the scene. Police have initiated an investigation into circumstances that characterise the event, as well as have oriented police actions towards identifying the suspect and his location”, Borovci said.
