Tahiri says that just as the special one calling the KLA criminal enterprise, “Albin Kurti has had daily language towards the major figures of our freedom struggle, whenever there was a microphone in front of himself”.
On the other hand, Kurt is called a deserter who has abstained from history.

Two weeks after the establishment of charges against Kosovo Liberation Army leaders, Albin Kurti finally found courage to talk about this development. Yet, even today, he could not hide logic similar to what he has already said for more than a decade.
For seven years, he has spoken in the Parliament the same sentences as those that today address KLA leaders in the indictment. What the Prosecutor's Office in The Hague has defined as the Joint Criminal Company, Albin Kurti, has had daily languages against the main figures of our freedom struggle whenever there was a microphone in front of himself.
Today's shipment as a goal to camouflage pastries is an indication of the evil judgment that Albin Kurti has against the Kosovo Liberation Army and its leading figures. Above all, in this weekend liturgy, Albin Kurti gave a full stamp of co-ordination as by mistake with the logic following Serbia, that the Special Court is the product of our political mistakes.
Already, when officially, protagonists committed to court at the outset are speaking openly what we all know, that conception, support and lead of the charges this court has filed in Russia, Kurti attributes that fact to the former KLA leaders. But for Albin as a deserter who has abstained from history, these things are nothing more than the opportunism to be thrown into history, where he had not been thrown over time.
As he said at the outset, this was a next conference, not a necessary conference in response to developments, this time again, he testified that it is the same Albin that has essential problems with what the Kosovo Liberation Army has produced and our political freedom after the war.
