Sali Berisha gives justice to The Hague: There were death lists in Kosovo, there were crimes

Berisha says he trusts The Hague tribunal while not denying there has been crimes in Kosovo.

He thinks collaborators of Ibrahim Rugova, legendary commanders and warriors for whom no one has been convicted.

But Berisha says The Hague prosecution had no way of involving charges in its file when the prosecution had even inside the KLA, as commanders and generals have accused each other of killing in Kosovo.

How many times have I condemned this stand. If you read the Kosovo media, it seems that the commander killed so-called commander. So they're charged inside the KLA.

In this respect, the prosecutor did not file these charges. Leading personalities of the LDK, the Kosovo Army, have been executed, no one has been convicted.

I trust the Court, international justice. I note that voting a judge to judge Albanian crimes is out of the question.

He can't refuse the investigation and punishment of war crimes against humanity, that's in question. But no human can vote for a conviction to say ethnic of these, only Albanian ethnicity, rather than Serb ethnicity and others.

Out of imagination, at a time when crimes in Kosovo committed by local Serbs in co-operation with their superiors in Belgrade are thousands.
