The nepotism issue has become the cause that Mitrovica municipal Assembly leader Safet Kamberi is addressing with a public appeal to the mayor of Agim Bahtiri.
He has invited Bahtiri through a Facebook post to ban family employment in the municipality and to avoid misusing his position for party and family interests.

Ironically, even in this case, the theater is the scene that highlights the truth. The truth is exactly what happened to the Muharrem Dog theater. Nepotism.
Mitrovica was once prominent in industry and culture.
The first one was destroyed by war, and the second are destroying the irresponsible politics by politicians who have no sense of the soul of our city, that's culture.
I also publicly invite the Chairman of the Communists and the VV in Mitrovica to reflect, cancel the selection of family members in positions they have been appointed to, as a sign that they are not misusing their positions for their party and family interests.
