Nigeria signed the contract two days ago after passing medical tests at the club from Milan, but the documentation required by his latest club, Fenerbahce, had not been secured, Periscope broadcast.
Since January 2019, 29-year-old has been loaned to the giant from Istanbul, with Chelsea reaching agreement with the Turkish club to let him pass to Interi.
