Korc: One deceased and one injured by crane are arrested two head of the company doing the work

These citizens allegedly consumed elements of the criminal act “The violation of the protection rules on the job”, as during the process of throwing concrete into the facility, a metal section of the prey, which has hit the head, causing the death of Elvis citizens Joseph 36 years of age, and has damaged the P.F., 59, both residents in Korca, out of danger.

Following the investigative actions conducted in clarifying the circumstances of the incident on the date 03.01.20, where in the district of No.9, in a building building, two workers were hit during the work, one of whom subsequently found death, while the other is in the hospital outside of danger of life, we explain that crime investigating specialists at the Korca Police Commission, made the arrest of citizens:

• F.P., 67, resident of Korca (on technical duty of the construction firm).

• A.Z., 41 (with maneuvering assignment).

These citizens allegedly consumed elements of the criminal act “The violation of the protection rules on the job”, as during the process of throwing concrete into the facility, a metal section of the prey, which has hit the head, causing death to citizens of E.J., 36, and has damaged the P.F., 59, both residents in Korca, without risk of life.

Materials were passed to the Prosecution at the First Stairs Court for further action.
