This paper has written that political parties in Kosovo, which are seeking the formation of the government, the VV and the LDK, have disagreements only over the position of the country's president.
That coalition between these two parties has named it a narrow “majority” citing seats of one, 29 and the other, 28, Periscope follows.
This newspaper has also cited the legal deadline for mandate of the government, which is only 15 days.

Kosovo President Hashim Thaci on Saturday ordered Vetevendosje Movement chief Albin Kurti to establish the new government. Despite three months of negotiations between Vetevendosje as the winner of the elections and the Democratic League (LDK) as the second strongest parliamentary party, a coalition government has yet to be achieved.
Thaci has justified his decision, saying the political blockade of institutions cannot continue. “Piles are responsible for resolving the” blockade, the president of Kosovo was quoted.
According to Thaci, it is now up to Kurt to accept or not the mandate to form a government.
The Close Crowd
Vetevendosje had secured 29 of the 120 parliamentary seats in early parliamentary elections on 6 October, while the LDK remained behind only 28 seats. They could establish a government alliance with representatives of ethnic minorities, including the Belgrade Serb List.
Talks on the government coalition between Vetevendosje and LDK have stalled weeks ago due to the LDK's request to assume the president's post after Thaci's mandate ends. Vetevendosje rejected the request, but was willing to let the LDK take six of the five ministries agreed on earlier, in the next government.
For her part, the Democratic League rejected the offer. The two parties agreed immediately after the elections that the new government should have only twelve ministries. It also appears that there are no major disagreements with the governing programme.
The government within 15 days
Under the constitution, the mandate appointed must present his government to parliament within 15 days. If he is unable to do so, the head of state must propose a new candidate for the prime minister's post within another ten days.
If that's not how the government can be formed, there will be new elections. However, this also happens if the government is not formed 60 days after parliament is formed. This period lasts until February 24th.
