In a British Embassy report, Kosovo voters have reportedly waited three and a half months for the moment.
“We welcome the appointment by President Thaci of Albin Kurti as candidate for prime minister to form a new Government. Kosovo voters have waited three and a half months for the moment.
Their hope and desire for change, clearly expressed on October 6th, deserves to be respected”, said the embassy's announcement.
Further, the British Embassy has asked politicians to show courage and creativity in forming a government that reflects voters' wishes.
Kosovo's elected “politicians and their parties now must show courage and creativity in forming a government that reflects voters' wishes. We call for rapid progress in negotiations, in a spirit of tolerance and partnership”, the announcement says.
