Journalist Fatos Bayzak dies, lost his battle with serious illness

He was known as the author of many written and television coverages, and was author of serials featuring “Tunel” (Vision Plus), “Ruging” (Top Channel), “Vjeter” (Digitom), as well as many TV documentaries, and a fellow worker on many training projects with Soros, USAID, Albanian Media Institute, OSCE.
Bayzak was born in Tiranne on January 9th in 1964. The first school was conducted in then 8-year-old schools, Emin Duraku and” 20 years-year-old Vjetor”, (now Dora Dãotria). Middle school was conducted in the “Ismail Kemali” high school.
During 1982-1986 he studied the University of Tiranne at the Faculty of History-Filology where he graduated in history. From 1986 to 1992, he worked at the Academy of Sciences History Institute.
From 1993 to 1998, he was co-founder, editor-in-chief and journalist of the Albanian “Gasete”.
In 1998-1999 he was the first editor-in-chief of news on television “Klan”. In 1999-2000 was editor-in-chief of the weekly “XXL”
From 2001 to 2005 he was editor-in-chief yesterday on television “Vision Plus”. In 2006-2015 he was editor-in-chief and daily journalist “Albanian”
