Jaka missed Saturday's victory over Burnley after the back injury, but Coach Unay Emery hopes to have his main midfielder available for the trip to Anfield.
Kosovar has resumed training with the first team this week and will travel with his friends to Merseyside.
Mesut Ozil will also return with his team after losing the first two season matches.

The clash, which took place on the streets of London, prevented the two, Ozil and Kolasinac, from travelling to Newcastle for the opening day's victory of Premier League, while the German also missed victory over Burnley.
But Ozil has continued to train normally this week and is set to present the match against Jurgen Klopp's team.
