A significant portion of these 116 people result in international research not only on behalf of our country, but other countries where they allegedly committed crimes.
On the Interpol list, Albania tops all other countries in Europe, trailing Bosnia with 99 people on the run -- Bulgaria with 50 people, Romania with 48 and France with 28 people on the run. Other countries continue to be listed less.
Three European states, such as Iceland, Ireland and Luxembourg, result in only 1 person declared in international research.
Every person listed on Interpol's page has a red report accompanied by the photo, which according to this organization, is a requirement of law enforcement worldwide to find and temporarily arrest a person pending extradition, surrender or similar judicial action.
Another list of people declared on the run is that of the Albanian state police, with about 690 people weighing charges of various crimes from thefts to killings.
Recently, the office in Tirana and Interpol, in co-operation with German Interpol, put Bynitami Hajron in handcuffs. 56-year-old Hajro was declared international in search, after the Vlora Court had sentenced him to 25 years in prison. He was convicted after in 1998 he had kidnapped and killed two people.
Because of the difficulty police have encountered in identifying and placing declared persons on the search, it has often been sought by citizens, by publishing the lists and photos of these people even on social networks. Part of them result in being even without pictures, which ID makes it even harder with the generals alone. ch
