Representatives of Belgrade and Pristina will receive an invitation for a meeting in the United States, shortly after the summit in Paris, as Washington is determined to resolve the Kosovo issue by the end of the year, Serbian media write.
According to them, Washington's plan is that immediately after Paris in September they meet leaders with the intention of unlocking things from the dead.
France's President Emmanuel Macron has indicated he will organise a new meeting, and the main purpose of this event is for the West to force Pristina to lift the tax.
Macron will talk with German Chancellor Angela Merkel, who will also be a participant at the meeting in Paris.
Otherwise, earlier Trump in the letters sent to Kosovo President Hashim Thaci and Serbia's Aleksandar Vuciq has offered the US to be the host of the meeting, which would lead to the achievement of the final agreement, but things have not moved from the late Turkey.
