In a statement made Monday, Las Vegas prosecutors say the “rast had sufficient evidence”.

The statement said that the victim had reported the case in 2009 but had refused to reveal where it happened and who it was. As a result, police had found it impossible to make a meaningful “investigation.
In August 2018, Las Vegas police investigated the alleged crime again at the victim's request.
German weekly magnaline Der Spiegel had been the first to publish the case last year.
It said that in 2010, the victim had reached agreement of 300 thousand euros not to discuss such a thing in public.
Mrs. Mayorga said she was inspired to reopen the case from the #MeToo movement.
