The commander of the 2nd Battalion of the 121st Qumanova Brigade, Ramiz Qariqi, known as the Lion Commander, has been interviewed today by the Special Court.

Qariqi said that in the absence of his passport, his interview was conducted in Pristina.

Commander Luanan has claimed to have been among the rare commanders on the front. He said he does not regret what he has done in protecting the country, and that if there is war again in Kosovo, he would be willing again to defend freedom.

Ramiz Qariqi, who has long ago testified to the Hague tribunal, has said that if even at the Special Court then he will tell the truth through which the world will know that the KLA war was right.
