Kosovo's captain fails: Signed with team by fourth league

Kosovo's national under the age of 21 [U-21] has recently chosen him as captain of Captain Besfort Kolgecin, but who at the team level has failed with the latest transfer.

Kolgeci has signed for the German team Sportfree Lotte, which has recently dropped from the third German category to the fourth.
