Finally, Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has denied that Kosovo has banned the visit of Serbian officials to Kosovo, as Foreign Minister Behgjet Pacolli said days ago, Kosovo reports.
In this regard the decision also reacted to official Moscow, while such attitudes of the Kosovo side are seen to grieve with ununited attitudes.
Unlike in terms of these developments and mutual visits between the two states, the following content well shows the agreement signed between Kosovo and Serbia under technical dialogue in 2014.
Official Visit Agreements
The relevant parties will announce the other side about their officials' visits. Reports will be made the following way:
The application institution will send direct notification to The visiting mother-in-law of the party, sending a copy (cc) to the visiting spokeswoman. The ZN which has accepted the announcement will immediately confirm the accession.
If there is no answer to the visit, it is considered approved, depending on the category as follows.
If objections have been raised over the deadline they should be communicated directly to the TN of the side that has sent the announcement. The EU (EU delegation in Belgrade and the SPB office in Pristina) will be included in communication (cc) and facilities will be created if there is a need.
The announcement is necessary for the following categories of officials:
a.) The first group consists of the president, prime minister, deputy prime ministers, the chairman of the assembly and ministers of internal affairs, foreign affairs and defence. For this category, the announcement must be made at least 72 hours before and any remarks should be raised within the first 48 hours.
b.) The second group consists of all the other ministers, deputy speakers of the assembly, directors of government offices and agencies in certainty, heads of constitutional and supreme courts, state prosecutor and all other people, such as religious leaders who are under the regime of nearby protection. For this category the announcement should be made at least 48 hours before and any remarks should be raised within the first 24 hours.
An official will be appointed by each side that will have regular and simplified access to the other side, and for which parties will provide only logistical information in order to facilitate the preparation of visits. The visits of these officials will be held in a way that promotes the process of normalising relations or contributes to overall work in the context of the EU's facilitated Dialogue.
The deadlines flow regardless of working days and days that are not worked, but reports must be sent during working hours (Monday - Friday through 5 p.m.)
In case the emergency requires immediate travel, both ZNs can agree ad hoc
All possible changes in visiting programs should be made at least 24 hours before the visit. In the case of minor delays during the visit, a flexibility will be shown by the host side.
The implementation of the above points will be assessed, and if necessary, it will be revised in three months at the request of one or two sides.
These agreements will be implemented as of December 1, 2014.
