Kosovo Assembly MP from the LDK ranks and businessman Ramiz Kelmendi has asked that the Peja-Pristina highway as far as Zahaq, is it the way to ease or harm citizens and businesses! ?

So far we have seen many constructed highways and roads, which are of great breadth, good quality, astronomical cost and are serving neighbouring states to get through Kosovo faster and by not stopping in any country, such as to spend, like to fill the” fuel, Kelmendi wrote.

Kelmendi's Facebook mailing:

The Peja-Pristina highway (up to Zahaq) road to relief or damage to citizens and businesses! ?

It is fair that citizens enjoy investments in infrastructure, since infrastructure will serve to facilitate free movement and smaller spending on work travel, medical assistance and find them, so access to life. But so far we have seen many highways and roads built that are of great size, good quality, astronomical cost and that serve neighbouring states to pass over Kosovo faster, and that by not stopping in any country, as if to spend on fuel.

These roads have served no economy in Kosovo at all, have served no industrial area and many other citizens. We can stress that auto routes cross the industrial zone in Pristina, near the industrial zone in Theranda, in Ferizaj and many other areas. From these general actions, the peak of the damage has now reached the Peja-Pristina auto and the one until Zahaq, in particular for citizens of settlements and industries, important economies for the city. For example, a Qolku student who is on the way to elementary school, high school, college, and university education needs to pass in two directions at least 20 miles [20 km], even though he had only two miles [2 km] in the magistrate. So now I have to pay nothing less than 30 euros for the trip every month. An employee in the same form should spend at least 50 euros a month. The question is, what will happen to the family tour of a family that has, like, three students, the whole low pay will go on a trip! What does it mean for an employee with a guaranteed 170-euro salary to pay additional expenses on the 50-euro bus! Where he'll get 120 euros! What it means is that a sick person needs to go from Qolku with first aid to Zahaq (at 20 kilometers) and return to a hospital where the speed of medical treatment depends on where he was only two kilometers away.

The example becomes even more disturbing when we move on to productive economies, where repromacial menus must go from Zahaqi to Kieva to return to Zahaq - nothing less than 50 miles [80 km] to return. As a result, only one economy is affected by fuel annually by 500 thousand euros.

So I recommend that these parts of Paya's city enter be improved with more fences so that the lives of citizens, students' travels and first emergency aid have the cheaper and shorter route, but even economies and employees don't pay for the fuel that needs to be imported. This is because there are no levels of road underpass.

If we see that the vehicle from the release of the Tiranean highway, there are overpasses and subpasses to Kieva, where it is clear that they have observed the rules of the economy but also the support of the electorate!

I recommend that in all industrial areas, such as Pristina and Therand, Ferizaj, etc. to build the keys and locks on the highway so that these highways can also be for the transport of goods, but in particular, this will happen on the highway to the industrial area in Pristina, where it would download its way to the Aeropotes and dense circulation of Fushe Kosovo and better use the New Highway!

Ramiz Kelmendi MP of the Republic of Kosovo Parliament.
