The head of Gjakova is mixed up: Haradinaj is prime minister in office

The deputy chairman of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo, Ardian Djind, has said Ramush Haradinaj is acting prime minister, as according to him the Kosovo Constitution envisions that the country cannot remain a day and no hour without government and prime minister in office. Djindjic has made this statement by reacting to the former head of the Constitutional Court [...]
Djindjic has made that statement by reacting to former Kosovo Constitutional Court Chairman Enver Hasani, who has said Haradinaj cannot be considered prime minister in office since he resigned.
Kosovo's “constitution envisions that the country cannot remain a day and no hours without government and prime minister in office. Regardless of what is the way up to the collapse of the government (submission or no-confidence motion), the government is considered in resignations and has the obligation to be in office until the next government is elected. There may be an attempt on different interpretations, but members of the constitutional commission know how much we've discussed this matter!”, Djind wrote on Facebook.
He has said the ministers and prime minister are obliged to carry out their duties until the new government is elected.
This constitutional principle of the entire political world applies to Kosovo as well. Because if the government doesn't make decisions for just one day, all institutions, municipalities, courts, agencies are blocked, all of them. The ministers and prime minister are obliged to carry out tasks until the election of the new government, because otherwise they would cause hundreds of malicious violations within the day”.
The former head of the Kosovo Constitutional Court, Enver Hasani, has spoken about possible developments in the country following Ramush Haradinaj's resignation from the post of prime minister of the country.
Hasani has said Haradinaj cannot be considered acting prime minister of the country since he resigned.
It goes to the office, that there are good offices and that's breeze, but the prime minister in office is not”, Hasani has said.
