Fireshots at the festival, 3 people killed

At least three people were killed and 11 others were wounded by gunfire at a California food festival. The Gilroy Garlic” festival was about to end for the weekend when the shooting began

There was a man in the mid-30s shooting an army rifle, said an eyewitness. A video that was posted on social media showed people leaving the festival. Police have said the scene is “acoma active”.

President of the United States Donald Trump has contributed through “Titter” about the shooting, ordering citizens of “to be cautious and secure”.

City adviser Gilroy Dion Bracco said three people had been declared dead and at least 11 people -- some in critical condition -- are being treated in hospitals. The “The Gilroy Garlic” festival has been held every year since 1979.
