In fact, according to Ferizaj's Prosecutor, except that it had not been stopped, the defendant had even increased the speed of the car by endangering police officials.
The latter were in pursuit of the suspect, who was in action along with his brother Bajrami.
Always in accordance with the indictment, when the police had managed to stop the suspect's car, they had closed the doors without wanting to legitimize. Also, during their arrest, they have strongly resisted cases that have caused injuries to two police officials.
With that, the prosecution claims they in co-ordination committed the criminal offense of the official person in carrying out official duties.
Defendant Progress Krasniqi today pleaded guilty to the criminal act.
And the court sentenced him to fines worth 800 euros.
The act was proclaimed by Judge Ilir Bytyqi.
According to prosecutor Sebahate Sinani's protected indictment, the case occurred in Ferizaj on November 8, 2017.
The tribunal, meanwhile, singled out the procedure against the other defendants, Bajram Krasniqi, who will be brought to justice as soon as it comes from exile.
