Scientists have discovered that the Hibiscus flower, which can be used in traditional medicine, can also be served and like tea and has immediate effects on blood pressure. Tea tastes may be mayhem, so you can add a little lemon or sugar to overcome sour taste.
Research once again proves the medical benefits of Hibiscus tea, especially for heart health. The study has confirmed that red flowers can help reduce blood pressure because of active diuretic substances! The latter help the body eliminate excess water, while their anthhocyans block the ACE enzyme, responsible for narrowing blood vessels. The same thing they'd give your meds as hydrochilorophyde and oakopril, but no side effects.

Permits:
4 cups of water
4-5 tablespoons of dried hibiscus flowers
1 teaspoon raw sugar
1 Cane stick
Orange juice
