The minor B.T, allegedly on 31 May 2019 in Ferizaj, has attacked the injured Mr. S. First by punching him in the back with a fist in the head and then in a unscrupulous way kicking him in the face.
The Foundation Court in Ferizaj ) has approved Ferizaj's Constitutional Prosecutor's request for the appointment of the detention measure against minor defendants B T. Citizens of the Republic of Kosovo, due to suspicion based on having committed slight bodily injury by Article 185 paragraph 1 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code (KPRK).
The Department for Mitur's preliminary procedure judge, the State Prosecutor's request for the appointment of the detention measure against minor defendants, has approved it as being based on the conformity of the KPPRK provisions, and the same has been assigned to the length of a (1)x0> detention measure, the court reports.
The Roma woman was beaten twice by minors, days ago in Lipjan and yesterday in Ferizaj.
The police are appealing that no such attacks are made against her because the same is not a dangerous person, and no criminal offense has ever been involved.
