Recica said she moved to the Centre for Social Affairs in Pristina, as there is no such centre in Podujevo.
The minister refused to talk about her mental state, as he said medical professionals have not yet visited her, but made it clear that she is refusing to use state support.
“Ven to note that her condition is at good level, has been transferred from the Centre for Social Work to Ferizaj to the Poduyet. After the centre is in trouble there, they brought it here to the social work center in Pristina. It's got a history, it's been treated before. Her will is missing to use her rights to stay in this institution and her willlessness seems to have brought her into this situation. It would not be bad for another examination by medical professionals. I don't want to talk about her state of mind for now. She is refusing the aid she offers at the Centre for Social Work, residential food. It is not a minor, it is an adult, and unless it accepts the social protection it belongs to as a victim of violence then we can't close”, Recica said in Klan Kosova. /Periscopi
