The 27-year-old has refused to continue the contract with the English team, and Levy is trying to earn some money from the player because he may leave as a free player next summer.
The price of Tottenham earlier was 150 million, but it has now dropped to 70m euros.
Real is not interested in buying the player because their main goal is Paul Pogba from Manchester United.
